Printer leasing is usually formalised for a period of 60 months, although there is also the option of contracting it for 12 months, 24 months, 36 months, 48 months or 72 months. The lease can be cancelled whenever the customer wishes: the only requirement is to request early cancellation from the leasing company. This can be done directly by the customer, or simply by informing their account manager at MCL, who will help them through the whole process.

• Whether you need to print in colour or only in b/w.
• The paper or label format on which you are going to print.
• Number of users who will use the printer.

If you are self-employed, the leasing company will ask for your ID card + registration as self-employed. If the leasing contract is for an association, the documentation they will ask for is: articles of association, financial report and the president's ID card. Finally, if it is for a company (SL, SA, COOP, etc.), the documentation will be: deed of powers of attorney or constitution and the administrator's ID card.
